FEES
Individual Therapy, 50 minutes $90.00
Individual Therapy, 75 minutes $135.00
Couple Therapy, 50 minutes $110.00
Group Therapy, 90 minutes $40.00

I have a few slots available for sliding-scale-fee clients for whom the full fee poses a financial hardship. If you would like to inquire about reduced fees, please ask about availability.

INSURANCE
I am a provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, LifeSynch, Texas True Choice, Interface EAP, and the SIMS Foundation. If you have an insurance policy with one of these providers that covers mental health counseling, please inform me before your first visit so that I can get authorization in advance. For other insurance plans, I am happy to provide a statement of fees paid if you would like to submit a claim for partial reimbursement.
