About My Approach
I draw from a variety of approaches to tailor services to each client’s needs, most often using Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Person-Centered, and Object Relations Therapy. The combination of these approaches allows each client to gain new insights into the relationships between thoughts, feelings, physical experience, and relation to self and others, all within the framework of unconditional regard and empathy.
I offer free telephone consultations, up to 15 minutes in length, for anyone who would like to discuss services with me in advance of an in-person session. This allows clients to form an initial impression of the fit of my approach to their specific needs. While this consultation is not required, it is available.
